I used two of Beccy's gnomes, merged before printing (which wasn't all that easy because they are jpg files, not png files!)

1. Blues, purples, greens
2. Square card
3. Ribbon or Lace
4. Something shiny
5. Decorate the envelope
Colored w/ ProMarkers
Glossy Accents added to lantern glow (for the shine)
Cut with QuicKutz lg square die
Corners done w/ Fiskars punch
Striped paper from DCWV
Lacy mesh ribbon
Dot embellies made w/ dots punched from corners
Envelope liner and decoration made w/ same dp
