My back problem is not getting any better and sitting for any activity (coloring, typing, eating) is getting more and more difficult so today I opted for a card made with a die cut image instead of using a Beccy's Place image on my "N" card at the 30 Days of Christmas challenges. The NOEL sentiments were cut with a Die-Versions die. The snowman was done with a Cheery Lynn die set.

So sorry to hear about your back. I have struggled to for years, but this year I found a good chiropractor and he has helped me so much. I hope you find relief soon.

Sorry to hear your back isn't better Connie, if you have access to an Acupuncturist, it worked on mine! Whereas I couldn't walk up the stairs for treatment, I had no problem coming downstairs! I hope you have relief soon, such a bad thing to have.
