Day 2 at Beccy's Place 30 Days of Christmas

This is my second post today and if you've missed the first, just scroll down one post.  That will explain about Beccy's 30 Days of Christmas.  The theme for this card is the Letter "B" and I have Bethleham, Bright Star, and Black.   I know this doesn't have one of Beccy's images on it but, back when I was still wondering if I could get something done this year, I saw something I could use for the "B" in this die cut negative which was lying on my craft desk,  begging me to use it for 'Bethleham' so I trimmed it and put it on this black background.

What a sweet die NC, great idea to use the negative on a card. I really like the background paper you used. I'm not sure what the design actually was, but the section at the top left looks like part of a large star, which works perfectly with the nativity. Your hand written sentiment is a wonderful addition and adds a lovely personal touch to your creation. Fabulous!
Cheers,
Beccy

Lovely card. It's grand that you used the die cut negative. I suspect it looks nicer than the die cut. hugs, Teresa

I like the black and gold colour scheme NanaConnie. I also like that you used the negative from another project. It is a gorgeous focal point for your card.

Now that's a great idea to use the die cut negative. I'm going to go bin diving as I've just cut some snowflakes in silver glitter card and now I have a new idea of how I can use the negative. Thank you for sharing your lovely nativity project with us, Nana Connie, at the Crafts Galore Encore “Anything Goes” November Challenge. Good Luck and hope to see you again soon!

Well done for using the negative Connie, I try to do that if appropriate, hate to waste something I can use elsewhere.
