All About Gratitude

"No matter how much or how little," my dad used to say, "it's all about the gratitude."  I borrowed that for the sentiment on my card for the challenge at QKR Stampede this week.  As always, our theme is "Anything Goes" but we have an optional twist of "Give Thanks."  I used the image "Dog with Bone" and put this fun card together.  Can't you just see the gratitude for that huge bone oozing out of him?  Look at that contented smile.

I used my ProMarkers to color that handsome rascal, and cut him with a square die from Spellbinders.   All of the papers were scraps which were destined for the trash unless they weren't used so, of course, I used them.  That means I get to buy more papers to reward myself, you know.
 :-D

I thought that combo of two ribbons, one sheer and one satin, were enough embellishment since this one is in the mail to one of the fellows in the family and it needed to be CAS rather than overwhelmingly embellished.

LOL! What a fantastic sentiment! LOL I love it! and it couldn't be more appropriate, Connie. I especially enjoy the pure bliss facial expression on your little bone hoarder! LOL Fantastic card! Hope your week-end is extra special (and that everything is up and running properly now - BTW, after we spoke yesterday, I DID get that dreaded cookies error. I closed that window, and re-tried editing a post, and the post was already updated - sheesh!) hugzzzz, de
