Have a Good Hair Day !

I love this fabulous image from Hetty Clare which was offered as the freebie from the Progressive Challenge at The Outlawz this month. I wanted to do a card that had layers and visual interest and lots of 'personality' without being fussy or overdone. I guess I wanted a take off on something CAS. Here's what happened:

Image cut with QuicKutz die &
corners rounded with Fiskars punch
Papers are from DCWV - Basics & Midnight Chic stacks
