Beccy's Place 30 Days of Christmas - Letter "F"

      I crafted like crazy yesterday, went to bed last night feeling very content about having gotten an extra day done for Beccy's Place, and fell asleep for what turned out to be a nap for 2 hours!  After about 20  minutes, during which it became apparent the I was definitely AWAKE, I got up and made 2 more cards, plus got half-way through a stack of nearly 30 gift card holders requested by my daughter and two of her friends.  Then I went back to bed and slept another 3 hours.

     So, today I will have 3 posts, starting with this one and ending with the card for the Letter "H."  I still have to photograph the other two cards for today but I should have all the posts written and published within a couple of hours.

     Here's what I've done for the letter "F" -- F is for Frosty Snowmen and this Frosty's Frozen Family including his Father wearing a Fedora.  They all look very Festive in their Forest Green and red.  The image is called (very appropriately) "Family Reunion."

First Ever Blog Hop at Createful Heart

     Welcome to our first ever Blog Hop - November, 2017!  We’re so glad you decided to join us.  We hope that you’ll not only join in on the Blog Hop, but the current Challenge #7.  We have an Overall Winner and Top 3 each challenge.  Our theme for Challenge #7 is "CHRISTMAS."

    Now let me show you what I created for the Challenge #7 - Blog Hop!

     I used this adorable "Snow Family" image from Createful Heart, colored with my ProMarkers, and cut with an Unbranded die.  I cut the frame for it with another die from that same set, only one size larger.  That has to be my favorite die for making lace ovals or doilies.  The printed sentiment was also cut with a die from that set.

     Everything was mounted onto a colored card base.  I added narrow green ribbon and tied a double bow, then added the green, sparkly candy cane, and called it finished.  I wanted it to be as flat as possible for mailing.
