Magic Card

Can you believe we're already half way through 2022?  It's July 1st and that also means there's a new challenge starting over at QKR Stampede.  As always, our theme is Anything Goes and you may use any image from any company.  However, if you choose to use an image from QKR Stampede (or our sister company Eureka Stamps), your entry goes into a completely separate draw just for QKR users and that increases your chances of winning QKR stamps by a huge margin!

For my DT card today, I've used two QKR images which go together, although either of them would work alone.  The image on the front of the card is called "Magic Card" and the inside image is "One Year Older."

These image were colored with ProMarkers, then cut with a QuicKutz square die.   The dp on the front is a wood grain from my stash of paper scraps and the one inside is from the Recollections 'Basics' stack.  I left it extremely CAS so that I could use it for one of the masculine birthdays in my family.  I do love making masculine cards because, while it may be hard to resist all the ribbons and flowers, they are usually quick and simple and perfect for mailing.

LOL! Super cute card that's sure to make the recipient giggle upon opening! That woodgrain looks so realistic behind him and I love his magical purple outfit too! Yes...where the heck did June go?! Have a great 4th weekend Connie!
