Have a Wild Party !

It seems that the decade during which we humans have wild parties to celebrate birthdays or graduations or Father's Day ends just about the time we reach our mid-30s (although it may go on a couple of years more for males as opposed to females) but we do eventually give up acting we are attending a frat party from Animal House.  lol  My oldest grandson is reaching those mid-30s and I just wanted to remind him that it would be OK to have one last Wild(Cat) Party before he bid those days goodbye.  :-D

Since both his birthday and Father's Day fall in June, I'm sending him this card.   The stamp is from Penny Black.

Cats are colored w/ watercolors
Piano and chair colored w/ ProMarkers
Image cut with die from Spellbinders
Sentiment cut with Impression Obsession die
Brown CS pieces in background were scraps

     Challenges:

I hope you've had a wonderful week so far and that things are beginning to return to normal around your home.  Happy Crafting.  NanaConnie

You're rocking the watercolors!!! Cute, cute card and I know he'll love it. I think as we get older our mind would love it if we could still party like Animal House.....the body won't allow it though!

The thing about parties as you get older, you realize that you just can't do what you used to do! I learned the hard way! LOL!! Really cute image and fabulous watercolor my friend!

I think the idea of a wild celebration party appeals far more than the actual effort involved - just me getting old, I'm sure! I just love this card! Super image and fun design! Thanks for sharing it with us at Passion for Promarkers!

Such a fun card! Your watercoloring is so good! How do you get your printed image lines to not run when using watercolors?

Monica, I've never had that problem so all I can think is that it must be the type of ink used in my printer for digis (HP brand ink for an HP printer) and for rubber stamps, I used a dye based ink and I let it dry for an hour or so (or iron it dry) before I start water coloring.
