Leprechaun Days

Edited to add:  Sorry this is late.  I set the timer incorrectly when I pre-scheduled the post and just now realized it.  All fixed now.  :-D

Good Morning and Happy President's Day!  It's time for the start of another challenge at Jan's Digi Stamps where our theme is Always Anything Goes.  I hope you're going to play along and maybe win a gift certificate for some of Jan' fabulous image sets.

Today, one month ahead of St. Patrick's Day, I've used this fantastic image of a fun Leprechaun 3154J.   Both the leprechaun and the pot of gold are images in the set; I just combined them for this card.

Each year, I make St. Patrick's cards and send them to my grandchildren because I celebrate my birthday on St. Paddy's and I'm Irish on both sides of my family tree!  I want to remind them of their Irish heritage.  My dad used to say, "Irishmen never father anything but Irishmen, regardless of what's on the other side."  lol

Really fabulous card and perfect for March with all of the green! I'm so ready to start seeing that green outside, but it won't be here for a while, so it's great to view it on your card today! Love that touch of sparkle green around your image panel too Connie! HUGS

I had to laugh at your father's quote! My father was half German but was raised by his Irish grandmother and never considered himself anything but Irish. Plus everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's day. Happy Early Birthday!

It is that time again to plan St Patrick's day. Thanks for the reminder. Cute card, just enough green sparkle behind the leprechaun. He looks ancient but happy. Love the bow.

Great card. I'm glad someone else "dyes" their embellishments to fit their project. Thanks for joining in the Anything Goes Challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends.
