I've been invited to be a Guest Designer at the new Always Use Rubber challenge which has a theme this fortnight of "Destinations." I dug through my Sparkle n Sprinkle rubber stamps and found this wonderful Statue of Liberty stamp so my destination is New York, New York.
I started by coloring the statue with my ProMarkers, then I die cut the image with a die from Bo Bunny. The frame around the image is also cut with a die from that same set and was cut from a scrap of blue CS. The sentiment is stamped and heat embossed with black EP. The ribbon came from my stash and I die cut little daisies from scraps, used loose glitter on them, and then added a gem stone to the center of each one. Everything was layered onto a deep, ocean blue, card base.
Challenges:
Colour Your World
Crafting from the Heart
Craft Your Passion
Crafty Sentiments
Cuttlebug Mania (Top row)
Digi Choosday
Dream Valley
Lemon Shortbread
Pile It On
Scrapy Land
Come play along this week. You do have to use a rubber stamp in this challenge but I know you must have a drawer full of those even if you've turned into a digi stamp crafter these days. Put on your thinking cap and come up with a wonderful 'Destination,' make a card and then enter the challenge. :-D Happy Stamping. NanaConnie

Your coloring is great here, you have a great patina look with it. Fun die frame and your little flowers and ribbon/bow pull everything together. Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks for sharing your fabulous card in our 'One for the Girls' challenge.
I love the way you have captured the colour of the 'original' and that gorgeous diecut mat behind the image.

Firstly, so sorry to hear of that you have not been doing well. Will keep you in prayer for a speedy recovery and not be in too much discomfort. This is a great image of the lady. Reminds me in the day, Where we rendezvous as a teenager. We called it lovers land. LOL.
Hugs my friends.
