4 Calling Birds

      OK, Day 2 of the 30 days of Holidays at Beccy's Place and I plan to play as many days as possible.  I may not be able to make something for each day but I'll do as much as I can.  Today's theme is Letter "B" and I have used Beccy's 4 Calling Birds image from her Partridge in a Pear Tree collection.  Wouldn't it be fun to be able to use every one of those?

     I love making Christmas cards and would make nothing but those if I didn't have family and friends with birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and a whole bunch of other holidays they think are just as important.  lol  But Christmas cards are my favorites any time of year, mostly because there are such cute images, whether religious or secular.

     I used my ProMarkers to color the image and I cut it using a scalloped die from Sizzix.  The gold ribbon is sparkly (and sheds glitter all over everything, including me!)   The red bow is one of those I make up by the dozens and keep in my stash for future reference.  I make them all from white ribbon and 'dye' them the color I want with alcohol markers.  The glittered snowflake was in my stash of Christmas goodies and the "Noel" sentiment was done with a new die I got a few days ago (Die-versions.)

     If I manage to make something every day of this month for Beccy's 30 Days of Holidays, I will have more than met my goal for number of Christmas cards this year.  Hooray!  What a great incentive.  :-D  Happy Crafting.  NanaConnie
