Wednesday Challenge at Dude Time Doodles - Freebie Week

     There's a new freebie lurking at the Dude Time Doodles Challenge just in time for you to start thinking about all those fall holidays, including Halloween!   With Gavin Ghost as the freebie offered this week, you have absolutely NO excuse for not playing along in this fun challenge!  All you have to do is to use him as the image for your card and make sure it's a masculine card.



   
     I used a sketch from Eat, Sleep, Stamp (still my favorite place for sketches).  

     I didn't do Gavin in the traditional Halloween or even fall colors just to show the card didn't have to be limited to Halloween.  I think this would be a perfect card for any man, on any occasion (or even no occasion at all!)  Hmmm....

     Papers are from DCWV, the sentiment is mine (you're welcome to borrow it), and the ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  This card is going in the box for Operation Write Home and, hopefully, one of our deployed troops will enjoy sending this home along with a hand written note for a loved one. This card could actually be sent by either a man or a woman!  I'm also going to post this for the challenge at Craft Us Crazy (Anything Goes), at Cards for Men (Clean and Simple), and at Craft Your Passion (Favorite Season.)  Since fall is my favorite season and ghosts are traditional for Halloween -- a fall holiday -- I think this fits right in.
