That title has the flavor of a Beatles' song from more years ago than I care to remember! In this case, it's the result of a color challenge from CR84FN,
a Doodle Dragon image and challenge to "Use a Button or Charm", and a sketch from The Corrosive Challenge.
With the exception of a stripe or two of other color in the small dp squares, this card is definitely kraft, yellow, and neutral. I managed to get a kraft look to his clothes by using Copic markers to color the entire image. I've never seen a yellow shark before but what if we pretend it's a carnival prize stuffed animal ... lol
The image is matted with black CS and yellow print dp, then more black CS. Each of the dp squares on the corners is matted with black CS and the card base is kraft. I added the three ivory-yellow buttons and the kraft-brown twine and called it done. Here Come the Boys wants us to use "critters" on our masculine cards and the yellow shark is the critter on this one!
This card will go to Operation Write Home, where birthday cards are always appreciated. Hopefully, one of our deployed troops will love sending this card home for a child's birthday, and the child receiving it will feel very special that they got a card from mom or dad who's serving overseas.
No pictures yet of the newest addition to the family, great-grandson Riley Mitchell, but here's the last two I took of little Honey. She's begun following me from room to room. I wake up in the mornings with her curled up, claiming a piece of my pillow. If I'm crafting, she's usually in my lap, trying to balance on my shoulder, or on the craft table demanding attention. When I leave there to come and post on my blog, she takes over the computer desk! Of course, the kitchen is the best because she believes that means she's going to get something special to eat (and sometimes, she does!) In the first photo, she just took over the desk top keyboard, pushing it out of her way while she terrorized a cat toy, and the second is about 3 minutes later when she crashed out on the mouse pad. LOL She's still sleeping there as I finish typing this.
OK, I haven't gotten much done in the way of cards or challenges this weekend but I was out of town for a conference and that really cuts into the play time. :-( I have everything done for my design team commitments this coming week and if you 'tune in' on Tuesday, you can read about my latest (and last for a while, I think) DT ! I'm thrilled about it but three teams is enough for the moment. See you tomorrow for a really special Heart Song Inspirations DT card and a new challenge over there.
Thanks for your visit and huge stamping hugz to all. NanaConnie

Fun card Connie!
My dog, Angel, follows me around all the time too. I used to think it was just for food, because she is a huge beggar. But even when I'm just in the office crafting she comes and lays there. She's going to get lonely when I find a job and the boy is in school :(
I was on three design teams all at once, and it is hard! I had two scrapbooking teams and one cardmaking (Heart Song actually). It was fun, but I was glad when they were all done and I could craft for me again lol.
Have fun though--I'm sure you will love it!
Too cute :) Thanks for joining us this week at Pike's Playground
