Dude Time Doodles Sketch Challenge

    Another great Wednesday morning and time for the 1st Wednesday of the Month sketch challenge at Dude Time Doodles.  You can find the sketch by clicking on that link.  For some reason, Blogger is giving me trouble today with my 'copy and paste' function.  I'll keep trying and if it works later today, I'll edit this post and add it.  You can probably get a pretty good idea of the sketch from my card, since I stuck pretty close this time.

     The image I used is available at the Bonibleaux Designs store.  She's called Trashy Temper and hates taking out any kind of trash but especially this kind!

     Didn't I warn you about my oddball humor?  This image was drawn by the great and wonderful Marlooney just for Dude Time Doodles and it's a recent release.   I guarantee she'll love this card!  :-)

     Image is colored with markers, fussy cut and adhered to an oval die cut, then layered on top of 4 strips of dp (DCWV) which had already been attached to the card base.  Nothing fancy about this design, but you can do the sketch as CAS or as fancy as you like.  I chose to add only the baker's twine as my embellishment.

     Hope you're enjoying the sample cards the DT has done for you and that you'll get inspired to play along in this challenge.  Believe me, if you use Boni's digi images and sentiments (or make up your own, as I did), I think you'll find that making masculine cards is really easy peasy, no matter what you thought about them before.  They practically make themselves!
